Background
Bose Quietcomfort 25 headphones are a noise-canceling, over-ear headphone device. These headphones utilize noise cancelling technology to limit the amount of outside noise interference and allow the user to focus on the music or sounds they want to hear. The QuietComfort 25 headphones include an inline microphone for accepting and using the call feature on mobile devices. These headphones have been designed for travel in mind, making sure to cut down on unnecessary weight, while also including comfortable materials for long time usage. Note that there are two models of this device: one for Apple devices and one for Android devices.
As it was released in 2014, the QuietComfort 25 has been followed by later models; it was replaced in March 2016 by QuietComfort 35.
Identification
The Bose QuietComfort 25 headphones are lightweight, compact, and foldable. They are available in gray and black or tan and white color combinations.
The QuietComfort 25 differs from its predecessor, the QuietComfort 15, by introducing passive listening, which allows users to listen to music without batteries. However, the noise-canceling feature does not work when using passive listening mode.
You can find the model number printed beneath one of the ear pads.
