Background
The Ematic Genesis 2, featuring a screen resolution of 800 X 480, and is powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The tablet was released in December 2012. The tablet has a capacitive multi-touch display and a 1.1 GHz processor with 1GB of RAM. The Genesis 2 also comes preloaded with top Android apps, 4GB of internal flash memory, and 5 GB of free cloud storage
The tablet is slim and lightweight. It has both a front and rear-facing camera. The micro SD card slot allows for up to 32GB of storage expansion in addition to the 8GB of flash storage initially available on the device. The Genesis 2 also features one USB 2.0 port.
Identification
It has a 7-inch screen and a black case. The Ematic Genesis 2 can be identified by the model and serial numbers printed on the lower back case. The Ematic logo is printed between the two numbers.
