If the vacuum is not turning on, what should I do?
I turned on the power button but the vacuum is still not starting.

If your Shark Navigator Lift-Away Pro refuses to turn on, use this Shark Navigator Lift-Away Pro Won’t Turn On problem page for possible causes and solutions.
First, make sure your vacuum is plugged in. If it is plugged in and the power button is on, you may need to reset your circuit breaker. If that option doesn't work, try resetting the motor thermostat. The steps to reset the motor thermostat can be found on the troubleshooting page.
If none of the above work, your cord may be broken.
