My tablet runs at a snail’s pace. I tried closing all apps and restarting the device, but nothing changed. It’s ridiculously slow. It takes like 5 minutes to open up the web browser app and nearly 30 minutes just to check my email. Sometimes it completely freezes up too and I have to power down and restart all over again. This is really frustrating. Does anybody know what to do?

From your description, it appears that there must be something wrong with the device’s motherboard. The processor on the motherboard has most likely been damaged in some way, thus reducing its speed. Unfortunately, the processor cannot be replaced without replacing the whole motherboard. Therefore, it looks like the only way to fix your problem is by removing the device’s motherboard and reinstalling a brand new one. I know nothing about motherboard therefore do I need to dump this tablet
