I have my Asus Chromebook turned on and plugged in, but it is not charging and only is pulling from the power adapter. How can I make sure that the battery is working?

If the battery on your Chromebook is not charging there may be a couple of issues. There may be a problem with your power adapter, battery or the charging port. It’s not working don’t go on ASUS account Asus’s website it sucks
