I have replace the ECM /reprogrammed, replace camshaft, crankshaft position sensors, throttle position sensor, distributor pick up, distributor cap, rotor cap, spark plugs and wires. One time it will start and next it won't start. Fuel present @ fuel rail port.

When it is not starting, check for spark. If spark is good, then check for injector pulses (plug a small lamp or "noid light" into the FI plug on the wiring harness and you can see if the light flashes). It would also be helpful to know what conditions it tends to fail under (if there are a set of conditions that are likely to show the problem)... does it fail when hot/cold, only after freeway driving, only on Tuesday, etc.?
Also try double checking cam and crank sensors for shorted coil when failure is presenting.
