cursor is all over the place
my cursor suddenly started bouncing around all over. in all apps and with mouse or trackpad. is settles for brief periods but otherwise is crazy.

Unplug the track pad and air out the connector, If it still acts up replace the track pad

Is there a trackpad replacement for this model? I see one listed for the 13" but not the 15"

This action can also be caused by a swollen battery. Open it up and check that battery. Here’s how:

While its not a fun job replacing the Trackpad alone is the cheaper solution!
Here's the part Macbook Pro 15" Trackpad & Flex Cable (12/E13), Apple P/N 661-6532 the steps are the same as replacing the battery Remplacement de la batterie du MacBook Pro 15" Retina début 2013 under the middle battery cell you'll find a metal plate which you'll also need to lift off to get to the screws which hold the trackpad on. Make sure you get the trackpad with the cable!
Using care not to stress the battery in the process you might be able to re-install it if its still got some life in it other wise you'll want to replace it given its age. I tend to replace them with the trackpad, takes me about two and a half hours to do it.
