My drill will not turn on?
I have tried charging the battery in multiple outlets and it still will not turn on.

Have you checked to make sure the battery clicks when you put it on the charger or into the drill, or looked for corrosion on the battery ports? Check to see if the charger light turns on when you plug it in, if not you might need to replace your charger. If your light turns on and the battery clicks in but it still won't turn on, you may need to replace your battery.
