flickering light on power adapter

Computer non responsive plugged in power adapter light was just barely glowing green moments later it started flickering amber and green comport still unresponsive

Can you confirm the charger works on another device?

If it works on another device, I would attempt a MagSafe Board replacement.

For this model, that's about as far as I may recommend. Beyond that, I would suggest removing the hard drive and migrating the data.
