Replacing drive and yellow connecting (1210) ruined when removing
Part to connect to drive cable 1210 yellow cable is not fitting worried i ruined it removing?

Note that there is a locking tab on the connector that needs to be up when you insert it, then is pushed down to lock it into position. See step #14 of this guide

Yep that cable connected to a white box separate fron the drive cable ..connects to it
Heres the pic of part needed

@danj, it's not on the cable but on the bracket. It's the IR sensor.
