What is the full model number of the computer?
Has the fan actually stopped operating?
If so, here’s a link to a video that shows how to open the desktop, so that the fan can be accessed and checked out.
If the fan is faulty, research on the HP Partsurfer website shows that all the model variants for the Pavilion 21 Touchsmart All in One series use the same fan model. (you didn’t state your particular All In One model number)
The part number is 739393-001.
If you search online using the part number only in the search term of your browser you will get results for suppliers.

The "screen shuts down"?
Do you mean the computer stays on BUT the screen goes blank OR the computer completely shuts off, screen and all???
