washer wont drain, agitate or spin

It will fill with water but won’t drain, spin or agitate. Please help me I just had surgery on my foot. I’m not allowed to walk on I let alone carrying clothes up and down 20 concrete steps to get out of my appt to get to the laundry mat. Someone told me it might be the belt?

Hi @ivystar ,

What is the model number of the washer?

Just verifying that it won't drain when the drain option has been selected, is this correct?

Where can I find the model number? Also I havent seen a drain option it just normally does it. Am I not looking in the right spot?

Hi @ivystar

Apologies got the washers mixed up.

Does the wash timer cycle knob advance after the washer has filled with water i.e. steps to the rinse or spin position?

To find the model number (not the serial number) check the back of the washer's control panel, the upper left-hand corner of the back of the washer or the lower left-hand corner on the front of the washer. The model number might also be on a sticker under the lid or on the inside right back corner -- open the lid to check this location. In addition, look for it on a main side panel, near the bottom.

The model number may start with 110.nnnnnnnn

This is only because if new parts are needed it has to be the correct one for the model.

Model 110. 92591200

Hi @ivystar88

I reopened your comment as the iRobot thought it was spam.

Gotta go now but will be back later tonight .

See my comment re the timer

If it is the timer here's a link to the parts

Type "timer" in the parts search box to see the location and the cost.

If the timer does advance it may be something else.

Hi there - This model actually does not have a belt. The most likely solution here is your lid switch. Part Number: 285671. Very common issue on these, and fairly simple to replace.

There is an excellent video that shows the process here: https://youtu.be/3cIzb3XouJk

Hope you get it back up and running!
