Mac turn itself while connected to power, not on battery

MacBook Air 13" mi-2011

Modèle A1369. Processeur 1.6, 1.7, ou 1.8 GHz. Stockage SSD 64, 128 ou 256GB.

Hi!

I have a Mac air a1369. It turns itself the moment I plug it to the wall. Without pressing a power button.

But when its on a battery it doesn’t turn on. Battery is ok.

When its working and I disconnect the power cable it runs off the battery just fine.

Any ideas what can be the problem? SMC chip?
