All the lights are on after I changed the motherboard

Hi there,

My coffe machine wouldn’t turn on this morning and I suspected the motherboard to be bad. Luckily I had a spare one from an old machine and put it instead. Now the machine does turn on, but all the lights are on and I cannot go any further. Should I « reset » the machine in a way (I tried to press the on button for 3 seconds, unplug, replug,…) ? Thanks !
