dropped iPhone 4 in water!

yesturday i dropped in iphone in water and immediately took it out..shook off the and out the water and put a vacuum to all the holes..that immediately cleared up the camera window and the phone would turn on....i suctioned out phone for 15 minutes and put in a tupperware container over night filled with rice. phone works fine....can make and hear calls,text,internet etc only problem is when i look at phone you can see it like 3d..certain parts on display are dark when i go to a white or black screen?? when its a colored web page i see it normal..what can i do or whats wrong?
