Laptop Will Not Power On
The laptop does not respond after attempting to power on the device.
Faulty Battery
If the battery is overheated it needs to be replaced. The product comes with a one year warranty. Broken Adapters
Make sure the adapter is plugged into the device and a working outlet. When plugged in, the adapter should light up. If the adapter does not light up that means it is faulty and needs to be replaced. To be certain test the laptop's adapter with another device.
Keys not responding
Keys are not responding the same compared to other keys on the keyboard. For example, the space bar feels different compared to other keys and does not work as well.
Loose Keys
This problem might be caused by dust gathering under the keyboard or dropping the laptop. Possible solutions are to clean the keyboard thoroughly and pressing down a little harder on keys to see if that gets them back into place. If those methods do not help the situation, the keys that are faulty will need to be replaced.

Order new keys to be replaced.
Wifi Not Connecting
The laptop is not connecting to the Wifi network.
Damaged Wifi Card
Check your operating system's wireless connection indicator to test where the problem is in connecting the wifi. You can do so by going to settings and then clicking “WIFI” or “Network” to test where the issue is coming from. If the laptop is not connecting to the router, then the wifi card or the router could be damaged and would need to be replaced. Weak Router
If you are having trouble connecting to the internet the first step would be to test what the problem is. By doing so try connecting to the internet with another device, if the connection is successful that means the problem is the wifi card which you can find a solution for above. However, if the other device cannot connect to the internet as well the problem is the router. To fix this problem, one method would be to use an ethernet cord or upgrade your router and internet services.
Audio Issues
The sound is not playing loud enough. is missing.
Headphone Jack does not fit
Make sure headphones are fully inserted into the headphone jack. If the audio is getting cut off that usually refers to a loose jack. However, if it is not getting cut off, it could be damaged headphones. To be certain, test headphones with another device.
Speaker has been damaged by liquid
If the sound from your laptop speakers is not playing, the speakers could be damaged. Possible solutions can be updating laptop software, resetting laptop, or using headphones. Refer to this guide for assistance on replacing speakers.
