The Device Won't Turn On
Battery Problems
- The battery may be discharged. Place the battery on its charge stand and wait 6-8 hours for a full charge and try again.
- The battery may not be installed properly. Remove the battery and re-insert it making sure it is firmly in place
- The battery may be faulty or dead. A new battery must be purchased and installed. If needed, please visit our Battery Installation Guide.
Display Prolems
- The display may be faulty. A new motherboard must be purchased and installed. If needed, please visit our Motherboard Installation Guide.
Internal Circuitry
- If all else fails the internal circuitry may be at fault. A new motherboard must be purchased and installed. If needed, please visit our Motherboard Installation Guide.
