Stuck Button
First, check to make sure that the audio is enabled from the Ring application and the Ring Doorbell. If the button on the Ring Video Doorbell is not responsive and does not ring or notify you on the application, the button may be stuck or faulty. I was told mine stopped working because it didn’t automatically update the firmware. Was told you couldn’t do anything about it. It’s a new device.
