Whoa, where did this come from and why did it pop up on page 1 on Answers? This is an ancient question and I am certain the OP got the copier fixed (and probably replaced it twice already ;-)

Since it is here, somebody must have been looking at it. In that case the only thing we can do is to leave the Ricoh Aficio MP2000 Troubleshooting Manual as well as the Rico Aficio Mp2000 Service Manual. Hopefully this will help somebody else out as well.

There is not a lot of choice. Amazon, Ebay or AliExpress are the biggest platforms where you can buy it. The only thing you can check if the reviews are good or not.

Ifixit sometimes also sell the parts, so please check that one too.

Original parts are hard/impossible to find…
