The beater bar isn't spinning, the belt seems fine, the suction is good. The filters have been cleaned. I've had the vacuum for about 5 years and never had an issue until now. It also doesn't want to stand upright--but this could be an unrelated issue.

I had a similar issue with my vacuum a while back. Even though the belt seemed okay and the suction was working, the beater bar refused to spin.
It turned out the gear the belt sits on was entangled with hair and threads. I unplugged the vacuum, opened the beater bar cover, and removed the bar and belt.
After clearing the debris from the gear, I reassembled everything, and voila! The beater bar started spinning again.
As for the standing issue, it might be separate, but always worth checking if there's any wear on the vacuum's base or locking mechanism.

Black Screen, fan runs for 3 seconds and then turns off. . The fan than turns on again and stops. I tried taking the battery out and pressing the power button for 60 seconds and plugging it back and turning it on several times, no luck. Tried plugging in into an external monitor by changing the window settings fn + f4, no luck. Tried switching the placement of the ram and cleaned the ram, no luck. Trying to find CMOS battery but I think this laptop doesn't have one, the main battery serves at the CMOS battery.
I think I disabled something I wasn't suppose to. When I turned on my laptop after that setting change, the blue screen appeared and then turned on. Since that, there is a black screen.

I have the same problem black screen with white light power button on power up and hear the fan. What you are saying is that when the battery dies the laptop won't boot up? Can the computer boot if I remove the battery and just use the charger?

I've always saved the previous iPhone when upgrading, and now have an iPhone 13, and 14. I'm trying to determine which of them would be THE one to save, and keep thinking that the 13, with its physical SIM slot and eSIM capability should be the one to save just for traveling/moving outside the country. I heard when the 14 came out, many people were adamant to not upgrade to the eSIM only 14 because of the lack of a SIM slot. I get that as upgrading to the 14 was a royal pain and required a visit to the local big-V store.
So, 13, or 14, or both?
