Background
The G502 Hero is a wired gaming mouse released by Logitech in 2018, a year before the Lightspeed wireless version. The mouse has an array of programmable buttons and Lightsync technology for the RGB lights. The G502 Hero has the Hero 25K sensor, which features sub-micron tracking. The G502 Hero mouse has a unique look, with pointed left and right click buttons, squared-off features, and a wired cable. The left side of the mouse has an array of buttons—crosshair, G4, G5, G7, and G8—and the top has the scroll wheel, and wheel mode toggle button. The bottom of the mouse has "G502 Hero" printed on it, and a removal compartment for weights.
