Device Won't Turn On

The device will not start.

Battery Isn't Charged Enough

If the computer's battery isn't charged enough, the computer won't turn on. Try charging your device by plugging the power supply into the computer's power jack, located at the bottom center of the device. Make sure the power supply is securely plugged into both the device and the outlet.

Battery Is Damaged

If you've left the computer charging for an extended length of time, but it still won't turn on, either the device's power jack or the device's battery may be faulty. In either case, a replacement may be required; in the case of the battery, you may follow this battery replacement guide.

Device Keeps Restarting

The device turns on, but there is some issue preventing initial, or continued use.

Battery Is Damaged

Device Won't Connect To Wifi

The device won't connect to wireless internet.

Computer Needs To Restart

If your computer turns on and starts up as usual, but won't connect to any Wifi signals when you want to connect to the internet, something may not have loaded properly while the device was starting. Locate your device's power button on the upper-right side of the screen, press and hold the button until the device's screen goes black. After about one minute, press the power button once more to restart your device.

Wireless WLAN Card Is Damaged

If your computer turns on and starts up as usual, but won't connect to any Wifi signals when you want to connect to the internet, and you've restarted the device multiple times, your device's wireless WLAN card may be faulty. Computer Needs To Restart

If your computer turns on and starts up as usual, but doesn't respond when you touch the screen, something may not have loaded properly while the device was starting. Locate your device's power button on the upper-right side of the screen, press and hold the button until the device's screen goes black. Touch Control Board Is Damaged

If your computer turns on and starts up as usual, but doesn't respond when you touch the screen, and you've restarted the device a few times, your device's touchscreen may be faulty. Device Cannot Stand Alone

One or both of the device's support feet are faulty.

Support Feet Are Damaged

If the support feet that fold out from the bottom of the device are damaged, they may need replacement. Since they are partially secured with magnets, it may be possible to delay replacement by using the support feet with caution.

My device (Dell XPS 18) doesn't properly turn on and when pushing power button and only power button indication light blinking regularly as following:

7times blinking and delay and again 7 times blinking
