Beats won't turn on!
My beats will charge but they won't turn on I've already friend to reset them but light won't turn on

Hi ingrid, here's something you can try:
- Hold down the power and the mute buttons for about 2 minutes until the lights flash. If it doesn't work the first time, you may have to do it a couple of times to get it working. This happened my friend before and the 5th time did the trick.
