L'affichage externe ne fonctionne plus malgré plusieurs essais : changement de câble HDMI, écrans externes différents. Un autre ordi portable arrive à afficher sur l'écran externe avec le même câble. Cette panne est-elle réparable ?

@patricepfeuty in that case the issue could be your HDMI connector, the HDMI IC or your GPU (unlikely) It seems like it is time to remove the bottom cover and let's check the boards, let's have a closer look at what is going on with it. Use something like this video to work on it.
We will need to know the exact model for the motherboard so we can check if there are schematics available. If they are not, it'll be a bit more difficult. Post some good pictures of your boards with your Question. That way we can see what you see and hopefully we can identify the HDMI issue.

My motherboard model is K533E. I took some photo of HDMI connector but didn't see anything damaged. How can I post these photos in my answer ?
I found a workaround with and USB-C hub which have an HDMI connecteur.
I can now display on my external screen connected to this hub.
@patricepfeuty so it's your HDMI circuit / port. It'll help if you get yourself an HDMI test board and then you can actually measure the output from your HDMI port. You can always check the pinout by using the diagrams from here That way you can get an idea where to check. I am glad you at least found a work around.

@patricepfeuty this could be a GPU error. You did not tell us if the internal monitor still works. Besides the HDMI cable, what else have you tried?

Yes the internal display still works. I also tested with another laptop with my external screen and the same hdmi cable, and everything works fine.
