Recovery tool to repair my computer. I can’t start my computer.

I have Toshiba Satellite L15W-B1302.  I can’t start my computer. It says File:\EFI \MICROSOFT\BOOT\BCP.       Error code: Oxc000014c. I need recovery disc or USB. But I don’t have them. How to fix my computer?
