I was just looking for this answer because my bumper broke and i had to order a new one and was cheaper to get an entire shell and all parts, i ended up having to snap one of the brackets because the pin is shaped like a gear and they must heat it then put it together so it makes a tight as seal, what you want to do is from the inside push that pin back out, you will need something with a fine point like a sowing needle, Just make sure you don't put the needle through your finger, or squeeze the pin between a pair of pliers and that inside bracket, Then when the thicker end of the pin is sticking out grab it with your pliers and pull it out, That should fix your pin problem mate, Hope this helps you some.
