@t12icky0 first off, it’s a Toshiba. That is another crazy Black Helicopter company that is absolutely paranoid about releasing any information that may help a DIY’er. They do not care about anyone else but corporate greed and love to use their legal team for intimidation of independent service centers and DIY enthusiasts. No help from them
With that out of the way remove your Ram first. Most common place for the reset jumper is under the memory modules. Second, we need a couple of clear complete motherboard pictures without the RAM

Just seen something in your last picture. Looks like JRST2002. That should be the BIOS reset.
