You didn’t specify how far you got after swithcing it on.
You could try Performing a Start-up Repair:
The first thing you can try is booting into the recovery environment, if possible, and then performing a start-up repair.
To access the recovery environment, turn your computer on and off three times.
While booting, make sure you turn off the computer when you see the Windows logo.
After the third time, Windows 10 will boot into diagnostics mode.
Click ''Advanced options'' when the recovery screen appears.
 Click '''''Troubleshoot'''''.
 Click '''''Advanced options'''''.
 Then, click '''''Start-up Repair'''''.
If you can’t get this far your hard drive may be corrupted
-If so
+If so try booting with a USB flash drive with with the Windows installation files on it, as drmdolfan suggests.
