Why does my replacement battery not charge?

I have now replaced the battery in my Versa 3 twice with an iFixIt product. Twice now I have followed the instructions and successfully insert the battery(s) and proceeded with the charging instructions. Both batteries have charged to 100% then they quickly drain to below 36% and when connected to recharge say the battery is too cold to charge. Is this something anyone has been able to remedy?
