@lewishamilton use the 5000 series [document|35316]and check page 85 to determine what teh trouble code will look like. If it is a continuous white light that blinks. If so, this appears to be a non-specific hardware failure code. I would try this first. Disconnect the power from the computer by unplugging the power cord from your computer. Disconnect all external devices from the computer. Remove the battery Now hold the power button depressed for about 30sec-1min. Reapply the AC power adapter and see if your computer does show any sign of life.
