If your Creative Zen Vision W (model 70PF201000009) has a damaged front cover that needs to be replaced, follow this guide. The front cover for this device keeps the button pad and display in place while providing protection to other internal components.

In Step 2, use the original button pad with the replacement cover.

Remove the two screws (2.5 mm) on the top and bottom of the device using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

Run the spudger along the cover and pry.
Do this gently to preserve the screen
The button pad may fall off when the cover is removed.
