Push the two sliders away from the battery towards the outer edges.

Remove the battery when it pops up.

Unscrew the cover from the laptop using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.
Remove the cover hiding the internal components by sliding it down.

Lift the ram module up then pull it out of its slot.
Be sure to place the new ram module back into the same slot. Only put a module into slot DIMM B if you have a second working module you want to use.
