Introduction

  1. Flip your device so that the bottom panel is facing up. Remove the eleven 5mm Torx T5 screws from the back panel.

Specification for the M.2 SSD: Make sure it’s a Type 2280 (22mm x 80mm) SATA M.2 with B and M key edge connector, not the B key used on NvMe M.2 for PCIe. It’s easy to confuse the two when ordering online.
