Introduction
Use this tutorial to replace a faulty speaker in your HI-04 mini projector. You should notice when this needs replacement as noise will have static or not be available.
A speaker is a device inside of the projector that produces the sound you hear from television, movies and more. You might get a faulty speaker due to damage over time or if the device is physically damaged.
Before using this guide, be sure to review the ++[link|https://www.ifixit.com/Wiki/DR.J_Professional_HI-04_Troubleshooting|troubleshooting page|new_window=true]++. Sometimes issues with the image can be fixed by restarting the device, which wouldn't require replacing the lamp.
