+	[* black] Check if the fuse is brown with multimeter. There should be zero resistance between "Neutral" on the plug and the lower connector of the water heater.
+	[* black] If the reading from multimeter shown the fuse is disconnected. Loosen the screw and pull out the silicone tube holding the thermal cutoff fuse.
