This happens ALL the time! I am telling you it is really often! I’m over it!!!!!!!! The only resolve is to go to the side button which is how and where you turn off and on phone, there you’ll see a few icons there, one is a speaker icon and mine gets turned off, when I didn’t even do that myself! SO - thats IS the issue! Somehow it gets turned off and then you’re puzzled by why the phone has NO audible ringer working!? Hope this helps, if it’s your issue, This phone is also a low end piece of garbage which is one used for Assurance Wireless, I can tell you, it is a very low quality phone in all ways!
