I put my HP Probook 650 G2 in a desk drawer when my Framework arrived 2 years ago. I pulled out to format the drive and send it off to someone with a fresh linux build. Disconnected the cmos battery, or what should have been (haven't popped the under-casing-cover yet but the two wire lea for a mos battery next to a round spot of cover is a dead giveaway) Your troubleshooting light link is useless for this laptop family at this point, wanting to preach about a red/white combo of lights, but never telling you anything about "What if there is no red in the capslock light?"
