I am facing the same problem with my laptop asus x441u, I fixed the issue by resetting my device network settings with Command Prompt. By the following steps : 1- Write cmd in the search box. 2- Choose Command Prompt and right click. 3- Choose Run as administrator. 4- Entering command: netsh winsock reset , and Enter. 5- Entering command: netsh int ip reset, and Enter. 6- Entering command: ipconfig /release, and Enter. note: the space between ipconfig and / 7- Entering command: ipconfig /renew, and Enter. note: the space between ipconfig and / You must restart your device to be sure that changes be in effect. If asus laptop can't connect then go for try to uninstall existing wifi driver and download latest driver from official site of Asus by selecting your model.
