screen was black.....after reboot.....I received a screen shot with an alert (loud sounding aleart) that my hard drive had to be installed.......i couldn't get any other action from the laptop. I was able to turn it off or on with the same result. what happended. there was a qr code and website referenced for support....I'm taking it into work monday to our support team to come up with a fix....any ideas
