Hey mate, I've faced a similar defect. my Jeep Grand Cherokee was vibrating only at a higher speed (more than 80 km/hr). While cleaning my wheels, I noticed my rear wheel RHS inboard wheel rim was kinked and bent a bit. I changed the wheel rim and the vibration is gone. Happy.....
