Does the charging indicator light up when you're charging? If it does, press the power button, then press the capslock and numlock check if they light up. If they do, you may have a problem with the screen. (Use a USB keyboard, if available, can make it easier to spot the LED indicators)

probably a problem with the sim board connector flex cable / charging port check the connector i hope u can get it to work
