I'm on my second pair. The first time the bluetooth stopped working. It was within warranty, so I was able to get a replacement. The second pair started off with the same issue but this time was out of warranty. After a few months I could no longer power them on, leaving me thinking it was a battery issue. I replaced the batteries and still nothing. So I gave up on being able to use the bluetooth and being able to connect to the transmitter. I could still use the 3.5audio jack for audio at least. Then I brought a soldering iron and opened up the right ear cup. There are 10 fine wires connecting to a PCB that come from the other earcup. Mine were poorly soldered and 6 of the 10 wires had completely ripped apart. After cleaning it and resoldering everything back in place it works like new. I'll also add these wires are soldered and then some sort of black glue is placed on top to help hold them in place. It's clearly a weak spot. I'd bet most people with this or similar issues should look into opening them...
