Device won't turn on
Laptop fails to boot up when power button is pressed.
Power cord is unplugged
The device may not have enough power to boot up. Verify that the power cord is plugged securely into both the laptop and an outlet.
Battery is loose
The battery may not be inserted properly. Check to make sure it is inserted firmly and locks into place.
Battery is worn out

Screen is damaged
The screen is flickering, is cracked, or has dead pixels.
Broken screen

Device is overheating
Excessively hot air is coming out of the vents or devices crashes due to high temperature.
Inside of device is dirty
Unscrew the back of the laptop and clean out any visible dust build up with canned air
Fan is broken

Device is running slowly
Slow response time and excessive lag.
Memory is fragmented
Open up the Disk Management and run it. This should improve the performance of your device.
RAM is maxed out

Turns on and just try's to boot forever, run the diagnostic and it says diagnosing your pic for hours no result

Laptop is plugged in, when power button is pressed i can hear fans of something running, and power light is on, but screen doesnt turn on. Any ideas?
