Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless Bluetooth Won’t Connect
When trying to connect the wireless headphones to a Bluetooth-compatible device, there is an issue with the connection to the device.
Bluetooth Device Reset or Turned On and Off
The compatible Bluetooth device may need to be reset or powered off and on. Trying to reset both the connecting device and the headphones at the same time and trying the connection again could be a solution to this issue.
- Please ensure the headphones are in pairing mode
- Search for them on your device
Model out of Date
Bluetooth models made prior to 2018 cannot connect to the mobile app to set up a wireless connection to the Momentum 4’s.
Connection Profiles
Headphones can save the last connection profiles of up to six Bluetooth devices. If you pair the headphones with the seventh Bluetooth device, the saved connection profile of the least used Bluetooth device will be overwritten.
- To re-establish a connection with an overwritten device, you have to pair the headphones again.
