I dropped my phone once and screen went all black and i got a new screen now its fixed. But then I just dropped it at school after a couple months and now it just has reddish, pinkish, and white lines but i can still see the screen? how do i fix it?

Chances are you just have a broken screen and that is straightforward to replace.
