Well good luck, ebay is your best bet, but as this is a strange thing your best bet is to buy one thats broken. (Not with the same issue) and just transfer the parts to make 1 good one.

We are trying to fix our Mr. Christmas carousel too. I found a website with official parts for many different Mr. Christmas products. They have gears, motors, belts, etc. Hope this helps. https://www.happyholidaysparts.com/mr-ch...
