No sound coming and going

I have an iphone 5s which I bought from eBay. The problem is when I call I can't hear and also no one can hear me. The voice memo app also does not register and play any sound. the same happens also with viedo registering , no sound is registered. I tried to restore the phone, changed the speaker, the lightning cable and still no sound coming and going. does anyone know what might be the problem? should audio IC be changed?

Was this phone advertised as working on the eBay listing? If so, I would dispute this purchase and ask for a refund.

If this phone was sold as-is or advertised as broken, then consider the following:

There are 3 microphones in the iPhone. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203792
The bottom microphone is for Voice Memo and phone calls. The other microphones serve as error cancellation
The (top) front microphone is used for FaceTime calls, Siri and selfie videos with the front camera (FCAM). The top back microphone serves as error cancellation
The (top) back microphone is used for videos with the rear camera (RCAM). The top front microphone serves as error cancellation

Make sure you update your device to the latest version of iOS and then try to isolate which microphone is not working properly by trying each individual microphone with the related apps above. If the issue affects more than one microphone, then it could be the Audio Codec IC on the logic board.

Anything at the logic board level will require micro-soldering so you would need to find a repair shop that offers those services.

Thank you for your reply. I bought it as not working, for repair.. I made a diagnosis and found out that I have not audio during Voice memo and phone calls, siri and selfie videos and the rear camera. I have access to laburatory equipment like hot air station, soldering iron and microscope, what I can not figure out is diagnosing the problem on logic board.
