Is the device compatible with other XBox devices?

Sort of! There are two devices and one is compatible (to a point) while the other is not.
The headphone portion of the headset will work with anything that has a 3.5mm TRS or TRRS port (headphone jack) but the microphone will only work if the port supports a CTIA TRRS connection. The Xbox 360 controller port does not support the microphone but it does support the headphones.
The Mixamp M80 only works with the Xbox One. Perhaps there is a workaround, but the Mixamp M80 was designed for the Xbox One system.
