How to fix lens error
I'm asking please for your asset, I don't what happen the lens just won't come out.

Andrew Speare that is the most common failure on digital cameras. I suggest that you try a few of the tricks and see if it helps.
Ultimately the only other thing to do is to replace the complete lens. For that these guides and this video should be helpful.
