Proximity doesnt work and flat breaked

hey guys,i repaired my friend phone (change LCD)

and i suddenly break this flat cable(on the photo that i attached)

after i assembled phone he said sometime GSM antenna goes 2G and sometimes get out of service.

how can i fix it?
